Refund policy

At *BELMONTE BATH LLP*, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our cancellation, refund, and replacement policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

If you cancel your order after it has been confirmed but before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

If an order is cancelled after it has shipped, a 30% cancellation fee of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Order Cancellation After Pickup

Once the order has been picked up by the courier or marked as out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

Replacement Policy

4. Damaged or Broken Products

Replacement will only be provided if the product is found to be damaged or broken at the time of opening the package after delivery.

5. Proof Required for Replacement

To claim a replacement for a damaged product, customers must provide:
• A clear unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package
• Photographs showing the damaged or broken product
Claims without proper video proof may not be eligible for replacement.

6. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement or refund will not be applicable in the following situations:

• Damage caused after usage
• Improper handling by the customer
• Claims raised without unboxing video proof
• Minor variations in finish, texture, or color due to screen/display differences

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days after verification.
